Refund and Exchange Policy for Patron 3D

We strive to provide premium-quality 3D printing filaments and materials. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our refund and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used filament spools
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us

Exchange Process

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value, depending on stock availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
